ADAPTIVE-FLOW™ DRINKER (BITE) NIPPLES
Our Adaptive-Flow™ drinker nipples use a patented polymer insert to ensure consistent, targeted water flow control, regardless of variable barn water pressures. This simplifies water management, reduces water wastage, and ensures that each pig gets the correct daily water intake.
Adaptive-Flow™ nipples come in three different flow rates engineered to accommodate every phase of swine production and color-coded for simple management. These nipples can be used in a wide variety of applications from moveable water bars and drinker cups to watering pipes, gate mounts, swingers and more.

CONSTRUCTION:
- Premium corrosion-resistant 300-series stainless steel body and actuator pin.
- EPDM O-rings for broad compatibility with most water treatments, additives and cleaners.
- Color-coded silicone polymer flow control insert. Other polymers available as a special order or replacement kit.
- Designed, manufactured, assembled and tested in Canada.
PRODUCT SPECS:
Available in three different flow rates, color-coded for simple water flow management:
- Blue insert: High flow rate for lactating sows and group housing, or low pressure water systems. (Flow rate range (20-50 psi): 3.1 – 5.6 litres per min.)
- Green insert: Ultra low flow rate for early-wean and nursery pigs. (Flow rate range (20-50 psi): 0.8 – 1.2 litres per minute.)
- Orange insert: Standard flow rate for wean-to-finish and grow-to-finish pigs. (Flow rate range (20-50 psi): 1 – 1.8 litres per minute.)
